The Duchess of Cornwall visited The Pound recently and I was very privileged to be invited to speak to her.
When the Pound was refurbished 7 years ago, The Duchess opened the new building and some of our students danced for her. She commented then and when I spoke to her again about how beautifully the children danced. There are now 2 plaques at the Pound commemorating her visits.
